Bankruptcy -
Our attorneys assist people in eliminating debts through Bankruptcy (including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Wage Earner Plans), and other federal and state insolvency laws. We represent individuals in Bankruptcy Court and help consumers keep as much as they legally can after the bankruptcy. Our attorneys sometimes can help arrange debt relief and negotiated settlements with creditors, thereby avoiding bankruptcy.
Corporate & Business -
Our attorneys help people organize and operate their businesses, whether the entity is a sole proprietorship, partnership (general partnership, limited partnership, LLP), limited liability company (LLC), or corporation (including incorporating C Corporations and Subchapter S Corporations), or a nonprofit. We have experience dealing with corporate officers and directors, and investors. We also represent businesses in a civil litigation arising from their business.

Criminal Law -
Our attorneys represent people who have been arrested or charged with a crime. Whether the offense is serious or relatively minor, accused people, businesses, and organizations can benefit greatly from the services of criminal defense lawyers. In addition to many other crimes, we help defend against DUI/DWI, drug charges (including possession or sale), murder, assault, battery, probation violations, traffic offenses, kidnapping, burglary, forgery, shoplifting, extortion, theft, fraud, embezzlement, and sex crimes (from domestic violence to rape). Our attorneys work to avoid jail for their clients, and work to reduce or dismiss charges, obtain bail, or negotiate a plea bargain. Our attorneys have extensive criminal trial and appellate experience.
Divorce -
Our attorneys represent clients in divorce, marriage, and custody proceedings. They have the knowledge and experience to help people end marriages or separate, and work out the details of such serious matters as property division, spousal support, alimony, domestic violence, orders of protection, child custody, visitation, child support obligations, and insurance and pension plans, among other family law issues. Our attorneys also prepare pre-nuptial or pre-marriage agreements, as well as post-nuptial agreements.
Personal Injury -
Our attorneys help people who have been injured. These attorneys assist victims and their families in the recovery of money and other compensation following accidents where there is negligence. We can help victims injured in automobile accidents; in cases of defective products; in cases of medical, dental, or other professional malpractice; with insurance claims; in negotiations, law suits, arbitrations and court trials. We work on a contingent fee basis on personal injury claims.
Social Security -
Our attorneys help disabled people claim disability benefits under existing Social Security Laws. Areas of expertise include Social Security Disability Insurance benefits for disabled persons with a work history and supplemental security income for those who lack an adequate work history.
